You can even post the e-card to your loved ones wall on Facebook. So have the best of both worlds this Valentines Day, it’s just a click away!

Audi wins Super Bowl

We are all aware of the huge competition that was going on during the Super Bowl between all the different ads.
Dodge, Cars.com, Audi…. all of these companies have put a lot time and money for their ad to be recognised, talked about and voted by all of the Super Bowl followers.

Don’t worry if you missed any of them either, as today Youtube launches all of this years Super Bowl ads. It’s amazing how much impact companies have during this time.

Anyway while the Saints lifted the trophy, Audi sort of did the same thing by introducing their car of the year, the green Audi A3 TDI, green diesel. Their original ad showed the “green police” arresting people because they commit compost infraction or have in their possession an incandescent lightbulb, helping shine a light on the need to consider the environment and placing green awareness into peoples minds.

Youtube launches an Music Discovery Project

Everyone now uses Youtube to find Music videos of its favorite artist or band, and basically listen to music from there so it’s kind of logical that Youtube now creates its own music playlist maker.
When you connect to their new site there is a search box on top of which says, “Find>Mix>Watch,” and once you enter a name, you hit the “Disco” button to find music.
You can enter any music group or artist, and a playlist pops up, along with a thumbnail video and a description of the band. You can find related artists, create a mixtape, and save playlists. As you are listening to music and watching videos, it is easy to add and delete songs.
Playlists are saved to your regular YouTube playlists page, from where you can share them via email.
Isn’t that great? Should Spotify have fears?

Get ready for 3D revolution

The 3D revolution is coming! It’s already been rumoured that in 2014 nearly 40 million 3D TV’s are expected to be in use. ESPN and Direct TV have already planned the launch of a 3D HDTV channel by June.

You may have enjoyed seeing “Avatar” in a 3D movie theatre. But that’s nothing compare to what’s gonna happen in the future. So to help you getting ready for it Youtube created 3D demo videos so you can see exactly what we’re getting excited about!
Put on your glasses or build your own and live the experience. Enjoy!

Join the revolution!

Think you know about social media? Well there’s a lot more to it than tweeting or checking out the latest video on YouTube. Don’t believe me? Well then check out this video by Socialnomics author Erik Qualman.

Could this be the start of something bigger than the Industrial Revolution? I think so!

Youtube launches its own URL Shortener !

There it is, we had to expect it!
Youtube has just released its URL shortener called “Youtu.be”.
The shortener will only work with YouTube videos, giving it a 100% safety rating.
This will help YouTube videos be noticed and trusted in social networks worldwide.
It will allow developers to do new things: “because the link contains the ID of the video you’re going to see, developers can do interesting things like show you thumbnails, embed the video directly, or track how a video is spreading in real-time”.
To use “Youtu.be” you simply “take a URL like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FdeioVndUhs and replace the “http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=” with “http://youtu.be/” to get: http://youtu.be/FdeioVndUhs Plug that shorter URL into a browser, and you’ll see it redirects to that video.”
This time bit.ly could be worried, not like when we previously talked about the release of “FB.me” and “goo.gl” !
Today is different, YouTube has built a brilliant shotener that will save space, boost trust, and will make everything a bit simpler.
Go for it !!

Unbelievable story !!

The film maker lives in Uruguay and he spent $500 do do this movie. The story is just about robots attacking the planet.

Bit.ly launches Bitly.Tv !

Bit.ly, as the world’s largest URL shortener and default for Twitter messages, has thousands of links passing through its doors every day. Because of that, it has a great deal of data on what’s hot and what’s popular on the web. Everything worth it goes threw them.
Now that the company realised that they decided to launch their own video program website
that utilizes Bit.ly data to find what videos are going viral on the web.
When you load the Bitly.tv interface, it presents you with screens of what videos it has determined are hot right now!
Now you’ve got no more excuses for being unaware of popular things!

Guitar Hero gets festive!

If you haven’t already put your Christmas decorations up I wouldn’t bother! Not content with the usual string of fairy lights, Ric Turner has decided to turn his festive decorations in to a fully working version of Guitar Hero.

The display uses 21,268 light bulbs and LEDs to create the giant game – that’s one electricity bill I wouldn’t want to get after the festive season!
